Not vegan or vegetarian restaurant but you can find some options.

There are a number of vegetarian options and many can be made vegan - they were very understanding about no cheese, no butter, no milk! Portions are quite enormous - the pizza is very good!

Very good italian restaurant in vedado - Edit
Second time at this place, they serve meat but can vegetalize if you Ask. I had a very good vegan pizza and a eggplant with tomato sauce entrée.
