Hidden gem! - Edit
The vegetarian plate is also vegan by default. Everything is supreme. Some of the best dolmas I've ever had. Great place to eat! It's a little tricky to find, though.

Delicious, reasonable pricing - Edit
This place has been our haven for take out since we moved to Oak Ridge. The falafel wraps are great and you can get them with hummus to make them vegan, their baba ganoush is fantastic. Their baklava isn’t vegan but they are by far the best vegan option in town and well worth it regardless.

Worth the trip - Edit
We ordered the falafel sandwich, the Mediterranean sandwich and the homemade pita chips which came with homemade hummus. Asked for no dairy products in anything and were told no problem. Everything was delicious and if we were in the area we would stop by again.

Mediterranean Delight is a hidden gem in Oak Ridge. There are not a lot of vegan options in this town. To my knowledge it is owned and run by a husband and wife who make your food when you order it. Be ready to wait for a few minutes or call ahead if you’re in a hurry. I get the falafel wrap with hummus instead of the dairy sauce. They are accommodating if you just tell them what you’re looking for. They have my absolute favorite hummus- I get the red pepper hummus with extra red pepper on top. The pita chips they make are amazing. If they have some you should try them! I like supporting local and knowing exactly what is in my food. With a small family owned business you can rest assured that they know exactly what is going into your food.
