My favorite place to grocery shop in Medford Oregon, Now has a Cafe ❤️

Awesome location, super friendly staff, vegan options on their menu ❤️ what else is there to love? Local, organic, sustainable ingredients whenever possible ❤️ Whole food, minimally processed ❤️ Coffee and Kombucha 😀 Kale Ya!

Pros: Lots of Vegan options, Organic - large portions , Hot and cold bar

Great Little Cafe

I got the tablerock wrap, and my girlfriend got the fungi on focaccia but made gluten-free. Both had tons of flavor.

Food co-op love it

A lot of vegan options. The markets is a great spot for any type of vegetables, the cafe is just adding to the awesomeness.

Pros: Great fresh ingredients , Great location , Market and a cafe

Good cafe and store

Love the store— lots of high quality fresh produce, bulk bins, and variety of other goods. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cafe has drinks with multiple alt- milk options and some vegan soups and sandwiches. I liked the portability focaccia sandwich. Chia pudding was good as well.

Pros: Variety of products , Low prices on cafe items, Business is very pro lGBTQ community

Tasty Vegan options

I had the vegan breakfast burrito, vegan cocunut curry and vegan chocolate zucchini muffin. All were fantastic. I am not sure if they always have multiple vegan options but I can vouch for both the soup and burrito. Both were excelent and filling. The muffin was the nice treat you'll want at the end of your meal😄

Pros: Vegan options , Some vegan treats , Reasonable prices

Cons: Only a few vegan options

Cafe is sweet

Really good sandwiches using local breads, good vegan cheese/sauces and organic veggies!

Pros: Don't charge more for vegan milk!

Can't go wrong for vegans

Nice hot food section with vegan options labeled. Vegan breakfast potato's and burritos and a nice grocery section with a great variety for vegans and bulk items

Pros: Great place for vegans in Medford , Natural healthy food, Sales

Cons: More affordable prices, More sales

Good food

Yummy food, lots of great stuff at this store. However i was served a salad with a live grasshopper in it!

great find in Medford

This cafe just opened a few months ago and is run by the wonderful Medford Food Coop. We stopped in as we were driving from the bay area through to Grants Pass for the night. We had wonderful soup and a heaping plate of roasted potatoes with a variety of salads and vegetables. It was terrific and the service was great. Afterward we zipped over to the co-op next-door and bought food for the road.

nice store

I used to shop here alot until I moved to another area, even though I had other big store options. They have a good produce section, all organic, and they seem to try to get as much local produce as they can. It's not as big a store as some others are, but I was always able to find almost everything I needed.
