Cuban Bowl: A Plantain-y Delight That Could Use a Few Tweaks - Edit
The Cuban Bowl is a satisfying and convenient vegan meal. The rice and beans are hearty and filling, and the garlic crema sauce adds a delicious flavor boost. However, I would have preferred cooked plantains to the plantain chips. The chips were a bit dry and hard, and they didn't add much to the overall texture of the bowl. Overall, I would recommend the Cuban Bowl to anyone looking for a quick and easy vegan meal.

Impeccable - Edit
Such a huge fan of MiM from having their food at various vegan events. Their bowls are perfect - balanced textures, flavors, everything is seasoned properly. And they are always smiling and friendly no matter how busy they are (and those events can get crazy). Hard choice, but the BBQ soy curl bowl is my favorite - I especially love the macaroni salad that’s in it. They are in Wilton Manors now and I can’t wait to get there. Everyone needs this place on their radar.

Nice little spot! - Edit
The curry bowl was so good! Lotsa good veggies & great flavors!! The menu was extremely small (2 items) but I will definitely be back to try out more! Finding the location was a bit of a challenge, it’s tucked away, and it’s actually mixed in with two other vegan vendors!

Impressively executed dishes you probably won’t find anywhere else - Edit
It’s all about the food here. Authentic veganized version of dishes from a variety of cultures. Most recently, i had 2 bowls.
Read moreThe cuban bowl with jackfruit pulled pork lechon was savory, juicy, and came with some of the most authenticly cuban black beans in south florida. There was a heavenly garlic mojo sauce on top.
The Hawaiian BBQ Chik’n bowl had a delicious sweet/savory soy “meat” served with 2 impressive sides: a beautiful cabbage slaw, and a vegan macaroni mayo salad.
The veggies were all immaculately fresh. The presentation was thoughful, pretty, and casual.
Pros: Really tasty dishes! (Cuban, Hawaiian bowl), Rotating menu (Variety of cultures and flavors), Upscale execution and presentation, casual price
Cons: Take out only
