Favorite place in Chattanooga - Edit
Every vegan item I've had here ROCKS. Coffee is modestly priced ($3 for a cafe au lait). My favorite is the curry sweet potato bowl. Their tofu scramble ROCKS.

Yummy vegan options - Edit
I finally tried some of the vegan food here, and it did not disappoint! I got the avocado toast with tofu scramble (hold the feta). I also got a London fog latte with oat milk. They have several vegan or can be made vegan options on the menu, and usually at least one vegan item in the pastry display. I wish they used a different vegetarian sausage - they use morning star, which isn't vegan. But it's easy to omit the sausage and swap in veggies or tofu in any of those meals. Definitely recommend this place for a quick yummy breakfast with all the usual coffee and tea options, as well as some specialty drinks.

Rockin’ vegan breakfast in hip North Shore - Edit
Wasn’t able to track down many (any?) vegan breakfast options on a Sunday morning so was delighted to stumble across this one in hip-and-happening North Shore. Two vegan breakfast options - a tofu scramble ( 😋 ) and a burrito- vegan muffin option (seriously delicious berry) and all the plant milks. Fun outside porch/dining area.
