Website says “we love our vegan friends” :) - Edit
They labeled my pho broth for takeout so I had no issues telling it apart from the Omni family’s meals. Not the most flavorful pho I’ve ever had but still yummy!

Vegan bahn mi - Edit
I tried the tofu bahn mi (without mayo) and it was pretty good. I really enjoyed how soft the bread was. The tofu could have been seasoned more and cooked with more of a sear but it was still pretty good. I will be back because I'm very interested in trying the vegan pho!

The GF and vegetarian options are marked on the menu! I know the tofu vermicelli with peanut sauce, tofu pho, and tofu bahn mi are vegan.
