I can only give 2-stars for this place.
Read morePositive: It is great that they have vegan options such as the seitan sandwich.
Negative: The guy who served us was very rude and impatient, the other guys working there seemed to be very friendly.
We ordered the vegan sandwich and were offered a garlic sauce that contains non-vegan ingredients. We were only offered the vegan sauce after asking whether the garlic sauce is vegan. The sandwich itself was very dry even with the sauce.
Pros: Vegan options, Quick service
Cons: Rude customer service, Dry food

Great Vegan Döner - Edit
Yes, this is an ordinary kebab place that also sells meat that you see when you are inside. But I think it’s great that they also offer a tasty Seitan Döner. I like this place and would go again. I remember times when you only could eat fries at places like that so it’s a pretty great progress.

Great kebap, not so great location - Edit
This location is admittedly a bit out of the way, but the döner kebap makes it worth the trip. However, the atmosphere is somewhat off-putting for ethical vegans: the vegan rotisserie is in a separate room while the rotary spit with flesh is placed prominently behind the counter, and other skewers and pieces of flesh are on display in the glass showcase of the counter. This is the ambience you'll get if you opt to eat on-site. But then again, their seitan döner is probably the best vegan döner you'll get in Frankfurt and their vegan and vegetarian dishes are even cheaper than their omnivore counterparts. If you dislike the atmosphere as much as I do, you can order for take-out and you can probably even grab some baklavas for dessert. You better ask, though, I'm not sure, if those are really free from dairy, eggs or honey, but many baklavas usually are, so it might be worth asking.
