Tandoori-style restaurant with a range of 7 veg entrees, 12 veg main courses (curry-type dishes with chick peas, spinach, mushrooms, potatoes, okra, cauliflower, peas and mixed vegetables) rices, breads and drinks. Really nice Indian restaurant

Lovely restaurant with a few vegetarian options that can be veganised.

Starters were onion bhajee and potato cakes with Indian relishes. Nicely presented and tasty.

Our main courses were Aloo Gobi and Chana Masala. Both well flavoured and good size portions. We had lemon rice (which has peanuts) and a tandoori roti, which went very well with it.

Food was nicely spiced without being too hot, and full of flavour. Would recommend if you find yourself in Portlaoise.

Pros: Well presented food, Spicy and tasty, Good portions

Cons: Not a lot of options for a starter

Very good aloo gobi

I feel like the make the sauce first and then add whatever ingredients your order has, so all curries are kind of the same but it still tastes amazing, naan is also great.
