Fresh vegetables with loads of flavor

You have to ask for the vegan options and they can show you items on the menu that can be made without animal products. We shared the chips and salsa (2 were given - one tomatillo and one regular salsa. We asked for a spicier one and the habanero one they brought us didn’t disappoint). The panucho can be made vegan and it was excellent. Loads of fresh veggies and Guac. We also asked for a veganized version of the pesto grilled veggies which was delicious. Lots of bright, herbal notes on top of fresh seasonal grilled veggies.
