May Kaidee, Phnom Penh - Edit
This was the best food I had in PP. The food is all vegan. Its unclear if that also applied to the booze. From talking with Alan in charge I don't doubt that will be rectified when they re-open in a few months.

good vegan Thai - Edit
Although they call themselves vegan and vegetarian there is only vegan food on the menu. The food, mostly Thai, is really good, you can eat some Thai classics here like pad Thai but vegan. Nice people. It is pricy compared with average restaurants in PP.

Nice! - Edit
Cute little place, looks like a new restaurant. Very western in the seating style and the food was great. Dishes were Thai though all had their own little spin so walk in with an open mind but the food was great. Walked out feeling happy and was definitely one of the cleanest/healthiest meals we have had here (lots of fresh clean ingredients) without compromising taste at all. Staff were friendly and happy but we were off peak so there weren't a lot of people there and the staff were clearly a little bored and on their phones. It was at times difficult to get their attention but once we did they were very helpful and their English was great . Overall a very good experience!!

super tasty - a feast for the senses - Edit
Very nice restaurant! We went twice, as it was so tasty at the first time. Tom-Yum and Tom Kha soups were of the best we had. Papaya salad also delicious; pinapple fried rice good.
Read moreNext day the babana flower salad delightful, the fresh spring rolls good, tge vegetable BBQ nice and juicy and the ginger fried vegetable again delicious. Don't miss the dragon fruit smoothie, which ended our feast. Highly recommendable, even though the roof terrasse wasn't open in the season. English speaking host, communication no problem.
Pros: freshly cooked, highest quality, very tasty food, location (behind Palace)
Cons: a bit pricier than others, preparation takes time

Great place to eat, incredible food. - Edit
As a vegetarian traveller I have found that it's not always the easiest thing to find restaurants that cater for a non meat option, or if they do there isn't much choice. The restaurant owner, Bob, invited us in to the newly opened establishment and we had beers on the rooftop and took time ordering from the menu because it all looked incredible and eventually chose the pumpkin hummus and the veggie BBQ, both of which were amazing and extremely tasty. We also saw some flying foxs pass by! Overall, amazing good, great hosts and a really unique experience. Definitely going again.
