Maxi's Has Vegan Options! - Edit
The Vegan Burger at Maxi's is delicious!! It is made with sweet potatoes, quinoa and chickpeas.
Read moreI suggest that given how delicate it is: order it well-done. You will not be disappointed!
Mustard is the ideal condiment. Keep in mind that turmeric is a mustard ingredient! The garnish is generous:
pickle chips, tomatoes, red onion slices and lettuce leaves.
Hand-cut potatoes are a treat!
Bigelow Green Tea makes for a healthy tea choice. Ask for some maple syrup as a sweetener.
Pros: Excellent Vegan Meal, Super-Friendly Staff, Generous Portions
Cons: Vegan Choices are Limited.

Friendly spot - Edit
Bright cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Generous portions; multiple vegetarian options within an extensive menu. Sweet potato/quinoa/chick pea burger was good but a bit dry/bland. Portabella quesadilla was tasty. Best part of the meal (for non-vegans, anyway) was the maple cheesecake, a house specialty. When in Vermont, maple syrup is a must! They also have beers on tap and a craft soda selection. Wait staff was friendly and offered tourist advice. Overall, a nice dining experience.
