Vegan menu - Edit
A dedicated vegan menu with a variety of options. Looks good, I'll be staying here for 2 weeks so will try them all very shortly and will update. So far so good.

Tried the sweet potato parmigiana tonight 👌 it was delicious. Beautifully crumbed sweet potato, vegan cheese was nice. No complaints. Almost licked the plate clean.

V2 burger tonight, so good. Pattie was cooked perfect, good amount of filling. (Sorry I squished my bun before I took the pic 😁)

Vegan burrito bowl. Gezzz this had some kick to it, a little too much for me to enjoy. It still tastes great tho. A good filling meal with a good serve of all ingredients.

Roasted pumpkin wedge and the vegan dessert.
The roasted pumpkin wedge was amazing. A delicious, wholesome vegan dish that was so satisfying. Loved every bite. I couldn't get it into my mouth fast enough!
The vegan dessert wasn't as good. The ice cream was 'icey', I still enjoyed it, just unfortunately not up to the same standard as the other meals I have eaten here.
I can't recommend this place enough. A fantastic vegan menu with great variety. I stay here regularly for work, so will update with menu changes etc.

V2 Burger - Edit
V2 Burger was cooked perfectly with a delicious fresh bun and salad and a side of chips. For a busy Saturday night, our meals all came out at an acceptable time, together and hot!! Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel.
