few options but good! - Edit
okay buckle up for this review going to give some major tips😄overall experience was amazing, great area right on the beach with a beautiful sunset and great drinks!! beautiful atmosphere (i suggest eating on the patio for sunset!)
Read moreto start- parking is a bit tricky, park in the outrigger parking garage and have the host validate ur parking pass for two hours (otherwise parking is at least $20 in the garage)
now as of march 2024 they have a new menu- there are only 2-4 vegan options, i forgot to take photos of all of them but we got the beet hummus, veggie burger, kale salad, and truffle fries
the server was not really aware of what was vegan and had to ask the chef multiple times so just make sure to triplleeee check but these are the mods you will most likely use
-truffle fries NO CHEESE NO AIOLI (sub for ketchup or vegan mayo on side)
-beet hummus (NO FLAT BREAD BC ITS COOKED IN BUTTER- sub for extra veggies)
-veggie burger (NO BURGER BUN BC ITS COOKED IN BUTTER- sub for lettuce)
-kale salad is good the way it is

Great beer and a couple of options! - Edit
I fully enjoyed the brewery, with a whole lot of beverages to choose from, they even have a delicious coconut rum we took home and tried. We tried their happy hour so not much to write home about for vegans.

Maui Brewing Co - Edit
This is a great break away from the resort restaurants in Kaanapali. I found plenty of vegan options and enjoyed their salad with balsamic, and also enjoyed their zucchini pasta, though it needed a lot of salt.

Went here twice - Edit
We went here twice in one week. The veggie burger was fantastic. Add guacamole for more flavor. Also the tots were great. Samosas and hummus were also good!!

Long wait, but worth the food - Edit
I visited this place twice with my family, and both experiences were very good. It is a meat-centered restaurant, but they had a couple clearly labeled vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. I had the veggie burger with fries both times– super good– along with the “island cola” to drink, which is brewed on Maui and was delicious too. We had to wait a very long time to get a table both times we visited the place, but the food was definitely worth it!

Benefits the humane society! - Edit
I had the veggie burger with tots. It said a portion of the profits go to the local shelter. I added grilled onions, jalapeños, and guac to the burger. Obviously, has a local beer selection with island inspired flavors.

Delicious Burger - Edit
Staff was very friendly. Ate at the bar but did not drink. They have at least 5 clearly marked Vegan options. Server was very helpful with suggestions. Ordered the Veggie burger (half of profits go to Maui Humane Society) and he recommended their house made cilantro beer vinaigrette and hot sauce. Each took the burger to a new level. Chips had a good crunch and flavor. Planning to go back during our visit to Maui.

Good Vegan Options - Edit
Maui brewing is a fun place to go if you like brewery’s. They have a good menu with plenty of labeled vegan and vegetarian options. Proceeds from the vegan burger go to the local humane society, which is a nice gesture. We liked our food and the service was really good.

Clearly Labeled Veg Options, Inconsistent Quality - Edit
Been there a few times. One time, the veggie burger was excellent. One of the best I’d had. The other times, it has no taste, like it’s over cooked and dry.

Best Veggie burger ever! - Edit
Like it says best veggie burger ever. It actually tasted like a burger. Note if you are vegan they fry the veggie burger, fries, tater tots, chips, etc in the same oil they use for the meat products. If you ask they will pan fry the burger and sub a side salad. The humus trio is also vegan and amazing and comes with some grilled veggies and pita. They no longer have the coconut curry option. I did not have the beer but my husband highly recommends it.

Great Spot! - Edit
We were there January 2017, they have plenty veg and vegan options, which are clearly marked on the menu (including zoodles). The veg burger is vegan and delicious! 50% of proceeds from the burger go to the Maui humane society. Very cool spot to check out, especially on a rainy day (no patio).

Solid option if in the Kaanapali area! - Edit
This is a sweet brewpub and home to the best Maui-made beers, and they also have some great vegan options! 2 entrees are vegan (coconut tofu curry and vegan burger) and they are good! Also, some of the pick-an-choose sides are vegan according to the menu, but we did not try any of these. Our server was super nice and friendly and all the beers (all vegan as well unless otherwise noted) were fantastic. The facade is very unassuming (tiny door in a bleak strip mall), but once you get inside you will be greeted by an expansive space with a real "chalkboard on the wall" brew pub feel!
