Lovely vegan menu - Edit
I emailed before arrival about vegan options and was sent a vegan menu, which offered several starters mains and desserts. The wild mushroom risotto I chose was beautiful as was the chocolate torte with orange sorbet. The next morning I had the vegan matfen breakfast which was also lovely. I felt well catered for and will definitely be back.

Luxury hotel with vegan options - Edit
Fantastic five star hotel with great facilities and luxurious surroundings.
Read moreIt’s not cheap at £250 per room bed and breakfast, but it is very luxurious and the staff are brilliant.
Breakfast for non residents is £16.95 and has a very nice vegan cooked breakfast options.
Evening meal options in the Emerald restaurant, with 4 savoury options and 3 deserts were nice big portions and half the price of the meat and fish ones at £7 per starter and £14 per main course.
The chef will create a special vegan menu for what is available that evening, I had the sweet potato and red pepper pave (layered veg) and the Teriyaki veg dish pictured. The chocolate torte for desert was fantastic, however there was also a rice pudding.
Very opulent surroundings and fantastic service, with enough choice for most vegans.
