One of the best Vegan chefs in Slovenia, maybe EU - Edit
A vegan chef with heart and soul - any top notch restaurant would kill to get her!
Read moreI've known Mateja for 15 yrs. She is very passionate and open hearted. It's also the way she cooks and bakes superbly delicious meals.
If you stay at hotel or hostel and want to order best meal you can get from any vegan restaurant or fast food on the market -Mateja Ulaga is The woman to order from.
You have to call day in advance- pperfect for rainy leisure day indoors spoiling yourself and/or partner with delicious tastebombs that she prepares daily from fresh organicly grown local ingredients (she even grows her own veggies!).
little more to pay,but you get a door to door delivery and meet Mateja herself! How cool is that?
Pros: Taste roller-coaster , Door to door delivery, Great energy and light-weightedness after meal
Cons: Little more to pay - but hey, it's delivered!
