The cooking techniques seemed Germain, as were the flavours. Certainly plenty to eat. Rich and very salty at times, with not much thought. Not a high end vegan experience. They got mixed up with vegan, the staff a kind, and some are outstanding.

Sadly Masons relies on its old reputation of the place to go. While on the surface the vegan options look and sound great, the set menu for two all tasted the same because of the vegan mayo/sauce they put on every dish except desert. Under normal circumstances this would not be an issue, but the meal was $250, before the wine!

7 course vegan set menu. Truly outstanding and highty imaginative flavours, with a lot of thought given to textures and backed by brilliant service.

They were more than happy to cater to vegans and we had many delicious plates of food. The only let down was the dessert which was basically just a scoop of gelato.

Celebrated my birthday here, they had the $69 roaming menu for us and provided a wonderful range of vegan food for me. Very well presented and the flavours are sensational.

My absolute favourite place to eat in Bendigo being vegan is welcomed, they will very happily accommodate any dietary requirements.

It’s a place where you do many entrees and share plates.
They do a dinner grazing menu for $67pp and yep they will do vegan with omni meals it’s excellent.
Some of the best vegan food anywhere!
