Love this place

Has one vegan lunch option, and many vegan desserts. If you are dairy free but not vegan, most of the menu is dairy free. 100% of what they sell is gluten free as well.

Pros: Vegan baked goods, Vegan lunch bowl

Cons: Could have one more vegan lunch option

Accommodating Vegan

1st time here. Plenty of parking in lot. Clean and spacious room. Counter service. Plenty of indoor seating available. Every item is gluten free. I had their avocado toast (modified). Small portion size but tasty. Also had their vegan biscuit with vegan butter and strawberry jam. Good - small - filling. I enjoyed my meal and would come back again. A few other options available including vegan bread, cupcakes, and cake pops.

Not Really Vegan Friendly

I went for breakfast and the options for vegans was nonexistent. If you're vegetarian you'll fare a little better. They did cobble together a slider for me but it wasn't worth the price charged. The ambiance is nice and I enjoyed the outdoor eating area but I haven't been back and wouldn't advise this spot for anyone vegan.

Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful

Cons: Menu isn't truly vegan friendly

Bummed with the new menu

Since moving into their new location they changed their menu and the vegan items they once had are no more. Basically you can get a salad, avocado toast without the egg or a veggie bowl which lacks in filling. They still have their vegan cupcakes which are wonderful but it’s very disappointing they got rid of their vegan items.

Pros: Friendly staff, Yummy vegan cupcakes

Cons: No true vegan options anymore

Great baked goods!

Great baked goods and also some great portobello patties. Would mostly go here for bakery items over lunch though.

Pros: Clearly labeled

Unimpressed

I’ve been wanting to try this place as I read it had some vegan options. I was pretty unimpressed with the options available though. They no longer have pb&j for kids “due to covid”. I don’t really understand this because it seems like this would be one of the easiest things to keep in stock since they always have bread and both pb and jelly have a long shelf life. Since this was the only vegan kids item and they didn’t have it we ended up getting the kids a veggie burger to split. They did not like it at all. I thought the patty was very good but they didn’t. I ordered the vegan blt which was made with mushroom bacon. It was decent. Both entrees were overpriced, about $11 and they don’t even come with a side.

We got two of the Cookie Monster cupcakes and the cloud 9 cupcakes. Both were pretty good but they were so moist they were falling apart.

I would suggest they either put the pb&j on the menu again for kids or maybe do a kids grilled cheese which they already have ingredients for on hand. I also was very surprised that they still do not allow dine in eating which is unusual for a restaurant in this area at this point. We will most likely not be back.

Pros: Veggie burger is good

Cons: Expensive , No vegan kids items, No dine in seating

Sweet little spot

We come here a few times a month and their food is always delicious. Their house made soup always varies each week and most often it’s vegan.
We also ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s birthday from here vegan, gf made with honey instead of sugar and everybody loved it.

Pros: Everything is gluten free, Military discount

Not to be missed!

What a lovely place! Since it serves nonvegan as well as vegan items, four stars is the highest rating on Happy Cow, but it's five-star quality. A little small, but cozy and friendly. Bobby and Christian waited on me and made me feel right at home, as did a couple eating not far from me. And Ashley, the owner, a Ph.D. biochemist who founded Mason Dixon to be completely gluten-free, was also very gracious. Not everything is vegan, but the vegan Ultimate Veggie Burger, vegan cupcakes, and vegan cake pop that I ordered were delicious. Excellent ambience and excellent food. Thank you very much!

Pros: Delicious vegan food., Incredibly friendly staff., Cozy ambience.

great cakes!

I was surprised with 2 birthday cakes from here last week and they were both fantastic. The cloud 9 cake is chocolate with vanilla icing and the Cookie Monster is essentially the same cake but instead of icing between the layers it has cookie dough. As far as I know this is the only store-front where you can get vegan cakes in Huntsville. Highly recommended!

Delicious Muffin!

I stopped in here to get a quick to go breakfast. They had a carrot apple muffin which didn't LOOK great, but I was starving so I got it to go. It was SO delicious! Perfectly moist and flavorful, I wish I had gotten two. I also go two cookie monster cupcakes to go (with cookie dough inside!) to share when I got home. Also delicious, you would never guess they were gluten free. I look forward to trying more here when I'm back in town.

I ordered delivery and was pleasantly surprised

Everything in this restaurant is gluten-free, many options are soy-free, and almost every item has a vegan or vegetarian friendly option.
I ordered the vegan BLT, General Tso Broccoli, and a cupcake. the icing was to die for and the cupcake wasn't bad.
Definitely recommend this place if you get a chance!

Pros: Lots of substitutes, vegan and vegetarian options.

Cons: none that I can think of

Fresh and Local--plus gluten free!

This is a completely gluten free restaurant and bakery. The cupcakes are wonderful. The sandwiches are interesting. Produce is local and fresh.

Happy to find this spot!

In an area pretty dismal for vegan choices this was a welcome find.

Everything is labeled and the vegan menu is on the reverse side of the menu, no need to ask for it. I had the house salad which was delicious and a side of buffalo cauliflower, which was simply roasted and tossed in hot sauce. Filled me up without weighing me down.

They also have sandwiches including a bahn mi.

Vegan desserts have a separate area of the bakery case and all their allergens are listed in their name card. I had a Cookie Monster cupcake with with stuffed with a scoop of cookie dough. Could not tell it was vegan or gluten free!

Pros: Good food., Outdoor seating.
