Indian vegetarian restaurant with many vegan dishes and others can be veganized - Edit

The owner, Ramesh, is very accommodating and is able to veganize some of the vegetarian dishes. Ask what can be veganized.

Pros: Creative dishes not found in other Indian rests., Lots of vegan and vegetarian dishes

Gobi 15.5 - cauliflower pakoras, battered, deep fried cauliflower at MASKA in Hartsdale

We went again and tried some more dishes. The cauliflower pakoras are very good (Gobi 15.5). We ordered their masala dosa again and asked them to spread the filling across the entire dosa and cut it in thirds, which they gladly did. We also had the vegetable Madras dish, which was excellent. Make sure you ask them to give you vegan sauce, because not all of them are.
