Delish - Edit
Specific vegan and vegetarian menus, staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Food is excellent and you can choose a variety of sauces to go with. The gochujang sauce is not super spicy which is upsetting though. Eggplant starter dish was superb, and the burrito was amazing, had it was black beans and tofu. Also had the Pom spritz drinks which was smaller than expected, but refreshing!! Would go back many times here, can’t wait to try more.
Read moreUpdate: The Japchae is still by far one of the best dishes. The eggplant katsu special is a bit too salty. They have expanded their seating and have fun old school games in the back.

Really good option in an area with not a lot - Edit
We stayed in a hotel near since we traveled to Shenandoah and I couldn’t find any options near so we ended up driving here. It was really good and affordable as well. Staff was super nice!

Delicious! - Edit
We were intrigued by the online vegan menu. At the restaurant, it's only available on a smart phone via a QR code. Our server was very nice. He checked to make sure the sauces brought to the table were vegan, after we asked. They have three different sauces to flavor up your dishes. We had the lettuce wrap dish with tofu and a side of Korean black beans. We also had the glass noodle dish with tofu, broccoli, mushrooms, and scallions. There were only four small pieces of broccoli in the entire dish.
Read moreThe sauces are brought to the table in a cute box. Sweetened soy, sweet and sour mashita, and another hot one that we only tasted but really wasn't too hot. The sauces made the dishes delicious. We mixed them up and enjoyed our meal.
Pros: Excellent sauces., Good service., Separate vegan menu.
Cons: A bit pricey for the portions of what we ordered., Should have more vegetables/items for the price.

Delicious; cool spot with a whole vegan menu - Edit
The vegan menu isn’t on the physical menu but it can be readily found on their website. The servers are great about it and were even double-checking certain things for us once we noted that we’re vegan (unfortunately, the buns contain milk powder, so couldn’t try those).

Korean Inspired w dedicated Vegan Menu - Edit
Just traveling through town and landed on this gem. Once a food truck, turned small cafe-like restaurant and now expanded with a nice open bar and more seating in the back. Food was delicious. Had the vegan eggplant katsu app and Korean tofu burrito. Both were amazing, highly recommend, and had a Basic City Double IPA tall in a can. Hazy, not too strong for a double and very drinkable. I bought an extra to take with me to the hotel. Besides the food and ambiance (art, music, lighting) my server/bartender was awesome. Chef owner and operated. Wish I was staying more than one quick night but will def be back next time I’m coming through. #Veganuary

Something for everyone! - Edit
I went with 2 vegans, a gluten free vegan, and an Omni and everyone found something they loved! The japache was out of this world! The black beans were so interesting, I’ve never had anything like them! The sauces were also excellent. The server was also very knowledgeable and gave recommendations and knew what vegan and gluten free options were available.
