Would give 5 stars if allowed! - Edit
What a fantastic meal! We got the vegan omakase and were blown away. Each dish was a treat for the eyes and tasted delicious too. We had the good fortune of sitting at the bar and chef/owner Brandon took great care of us. He asked a couple questions about tastes/preferences and took us for a ride. Chef Joel and Brandon really know their food and also shared some nice conversation while we ate. Really can’t say enough to give them the credit they deserve. Excited to go back again soon! I felt the price was very reasonable for the level of service and quality of food.

Amazing - Edit
Best vegan sushi I've ever had. This is a pricier place and you'll probably want reservations but it's so worth it.

5 STARS Amazing vegan food! Shojin ryori and sushi... - Edit
This is a total secret vegan place in my neighborhood that I've been going to for years. They have vegan options on the menu including veg sushi options. But, if you want a real treat, sit at the sushi bar and tell the owner you are vegan or order a 5 course vegan meal (which the owner will curate himself) and get ready for AMAZING shojin ryori (and some sushi too if you like). We had vegan poke, a special natto dish, saluted horsetail, and other stuff most of which I have no reference for. For desert, peanut butter mochi which was out of this world.
