Finally some good ramen

I think if I didn't have so many bad experiences in this area I would probably rate it in between 3-4 stars, but alas this is some of the best ramen I've had in the area. It was quick, had flavorful, the noodles were great, had good veggies, and the server was very sweet. The tofu in the ramen was delish! Tried both of the vegans ramens and we think the miso one is slightly better😄

Flawless ramen

You can't go wrong with either of their vegan ramen options. The chili garlic edamame and the tofu skin avocado roll really round out a great meal.

Worst Ramen

I was looking forward to some really good Ramen like I experienced at Miso Ramen. Even though this location is literally five minutes from my house. I will drive the extra miles to Miso Ramen Bar Cary. However, when I entered I was greeted warmly. Service is excellent. I am a fan of supporting small local businesses but I think they could improve the quality of their food. #Veganuary

Big fan of the avocado tofu skin rolls. I just really really really love Inari and this roll scratches that itch. The vegetable curry ramen is very good also, filled with breaded tofu, delicious corn, bok choy, and other fresh veggies. The coconut broth is really good. Roasted shishito peppers were amazing the first time we ordered them, but just okay when we ordered them again a week later.
