Nice Japanese tea house in Lausanne

December 2023 edit
Now the desserts are clearly labeled as vegan.
Two are available at the moment adzuki red bean and sesame adzuki red bean. They are also made in house which is a plus.

I had the sesame adzuki read bean with hongyokuro (4 infusions). The daifuku was very nice and not too sweet it was very enjoyable. The whole experience was very calming.

May 2023:
Here you can enjoy authentic Japanese teas and relax.

I do enjoy their cold brewed teas which are nice to drink on warm days.

They have a selection of wagashi which are vegan just ask to confirm.

Pretty much all of the drink menu is vegan for the exception of the items with ice cream (maybe the chocolate? Have to confirm)

The mousse daifuku and dorayaki are not vegan the V mark on the photo could be confusing but it is clearly marked on the written menu which wagashi are vegan

Updated from previous review on 2023-12-01

Pros: Nice atmosphere, Knowledgeable staff , Good selection of teas , Milk alternatives soy, oat

Cons: Could have more vegan wagashi options, No vegan ice cream alternative
