Nice spot by the river - Edit
We tried the lunch set, which came with a tasty salad, tempura, curry, brown rice and fried soy pieces. The food was delicious. Staff nice. They also had Albens cider from Bali, which was a nice surprise. The venue is small, but nice, and in a nice location by the river, but away from the huge crowds just a block or two away #Veganuary

A little off the beaten track in asakusa by a lovely little riverside park. This tiny little vegan cafe is a cracker.

Food is exceptionally good and is all vegan. Try the waffle with soy ice cream or the chocolate banana waffle.

Everything is vegan, gluten free, sugar free and alcohol free. Went for lunch and had the lunch plate, which comes with salad, curry, rice, tempura, soy bean nuggets. Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Nice to find an all vegan cafe in the Asakusa area, but don’t go out of your way for this spot. Lunch set was pretty good, but flavours were bland and pretty expensive for what it’s included.

Just along the riverside, super low-key and inviting cafe here. Curry lunch set was delish, added the tempura veges and was very impressed!

Love this café/restaurant. Very chilled atmosphere, sweet variety of small gifts to buy, books for children to read and beautiful selection of cookbooks for adults to browse. Staff very friendly and helpful and speak English. I had the tempura.  it was delicious and accompanied by a bowl of rice. I really love that the café was away from all the crowds as well and just nice to have a chance to sit and contemplate the next move in Tokyo.

What a fantastic find! The food is great, the staff are absolutely lovely, friendly and really helpful, plus the place has a really nice atmosphere. One of the staff had been to our country working for a year so that was a nice surprise conversation too.

All vegan and the curry is spectacular - Edit
We ate lunch at Marugoto today after visiting Asukasa. We got here while they were still serving their morning menu but we were able to order lunch. I had the tempura with curry and rice. My husband had the lunch plate. Both were delicious. The salad with carrot dressing was also superb. Everything is written in English and Japanese and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Lovely healthy selection of food however it lacked a bit of flavour. The tempura was quite plain. I was also expecting Japanese curry but it was more of an Indian curry in the set meal. The salad was delicious though!

Our hotel was in Asakusa itself so we really wanted to check out this place during our 3-days-trip to Tokyo. Be aware of the short opening hours though! I got the Japanese Tempura Ricebowl and it tasted great. You can decide yourself how much salt you want to put in. As I like it really salty, I also asked for a little bit of soy sauce. The atmosphere is very peaceful and charming. We also got asked to write our names in the guestbook which I loved. Wish we could have been going there another time before leaving Tokyo.

The matcha soy ice cream was strong on matcha and not very sweet - I'm sure some people like it that way but I'd probably try vanilla next time.

We had the daily lunch plate and tempura rice bowl. Both tasted great! The place was nice and cozy, but had quite a strong scent of coconut cream(?).

This was the first place we ate in Tokyo and it was a lovely shelter from the rain. Service was very fast, food was fresh and delicious. The salt they gave you to add to the tempura was very good!
