Good bang for your buck here. The vegan miso udon was good and large for the price. I wish they had more options though. And better vegan toppings like tofu or something.

2 vegan options: miso and tan tan. The tan tan is my favorite! The line is sometimes long but it moves quickly. To avoid the line, come on a weekday.

Delicious vegan ramen (2 vegan options) - Edit
I’m addicted to Marugame vegan ramen! They have 2 vegan flavors- one is regular vegan miso and another is spicy (Tan Tan). Both are served with a good enough serving of seasoned tofu meat, green onions, bokchoy, corn and sprouted greens (in the regular miso)

Delicious Udon! - Edit
Line was lengthy but moved quite fast and was worth it for the delicious vegan udon! It was salty but not too salty for me, and the vegan soy meat was seasoned perfectly. I found the regular size to be plenty of food but everyone is different. When I was there they had pumpkin, zucchini, and sweet potato tempura.

Few vegan options, but the vegan udon was tasty and hit the spot. Note that the tempura bits that are offered with this dish are fried in oil with non-vegan items, I was warned by the server. On this occasion there were no veggie tempura options 😕, though the person in line behind me says there usually are. Efficient and courteous staff.

No frills, popular with the locals. Satisfying afte e shopping mall adventures or on a chilly day. The befan creamy Usin bowl was good. The tempura changes seasonally and they have Goode seating options
