Fine Bibimbap - Edit
Perfectly fine Veggie Bibimbap. Need to request no egg. The sauce is vegan, but you don’t get much of it. There’s nothing special about it but there’s also nothing wrong with it.

Authentic Korean Food with Vegan options - Edit
There’s definitely about 3-4 dishes or more available for vegan. Bibimbap, Soft Tofu Soup, Soy Bean Tofu Soup are some examples. Do inform the staff if there’s other dietary requirements.
