Neglectful, reluctant service - Edit
I didn’t eat at this location, but at the Maroush Express, just down the street. My friend, who is a Londoner, suggested we meet here while I was visiting because she said they had many vegan options. While that may be true, they were out of my first two choices on the menu. The moutabal baba ganouj was delicious!! The pitta and the tabbouleh were lovely. Unfortunately, the service was not. The server was not friendly, looked like she was put upon to take our order, and never returned afterwards. It took us several attempts just to get take away boxes and even pay the bill. It was a disappointment. Proceed with caution or order the takeaway!

Maroush - Edit
Maroush is a great place to get a falafel sandwich or falafel platter. They have several locations, some of which do a better job clearly labeling vegan options. I dropped by this location when I was between meetings. The falafel wrap was wrapped in a way that made it convenient to eat it on the run.

Uninformed about vegan - Edit
I visited here today but ended up not eating here (I choose two star, as without eating there I cannot really say I disliked it). There are lots of vegetarian options on the menu but it is not entirely clear which ones are vegan, although it looks like several options should also be vegan due to allergen info. I asked the waitress about vegan options and she looked puzzled and referred me to the man on the till. He also looked puzzled and I explained what vegan was and he told me I could eat the falafel. I'm not a big fan of falafel, and I asked about the salads (tabouleh, etc) but he said that they were not vegan (usually they are and there was no allergen info to indicate otherwise). I think this is more an issue of staff not really knowing what vegan food is, so I decided to go elsewhere.
