Great Local Vietnamese/Cuban Cafe - Edit
Mariposa is one of the gems that we've long waited for here in Santa Cruz. I recently worked with them to host a small event for work and the team were nothing short of spectacular.
Read moreTram was communicative online via Instagram to help me with my order. Our little group tried their Vietnamese Spring Rolls with veggie ham (vegan) that came with this incredibly tangy peanut dipping sauce. My group also got to try their Veggie Ham & Cheese Cubano and they really enjoyed the homemade pastries. Sadly no vegan cheese option yet.
The vibe was absolutely correct and was such a treat to wind down on an early Friday afternoon. I look forward to returning one day and trying their Vermicelli Bowls which look absolutely delicious.
If you're in town looking for a unique cafe experience, Mariposa Coffee Bar is a must try.
