Personalized Vegan Tasting Menu - Edit
We were a party of four, I was the only vegan. I asked if we did the Chef’s Tasting Menu, would they be able to accommodate vegan. As any excellent chef, he was happy to accommodate me, and he even created a few different items! Everything was spectacular. California Dates with coconut yogurt and pistachios, Roasted Cauliflower with turmeric tahini, crispy rice with avocado and black tahini.
