They have never heard of their own vegetarian menu - Edit
This venue needs a small amount of training for the hosts and servers so that they know there is a vegetarian menu on their website. Additionally, they could consider having a printed version. There are nearly no vegetarian options in their standard menu.

Very minimal options that can be veganized - Edit
I visited Margaritaville several times in 2017 during a vacation. I found it extremely challenging to find vegan options in Montego Bay.
Read moreMargaritaville has a taco salad and several salads that can be veganized. For the taco salad, you have to tell them to take off the meat and dairy (cheese, sour cream, chicken, ranch). For the other salads, you have to tell them to take off all meat, dairy, and honey.
This isn't an ideal restaurant for a vegan because there are limited things left in the meal once all the non-vegan items are taken off, but because of the slim vegan options in Montego Bay, it's an option available.
They can improve by adding more vegan options to the menu and adding items such as vegan cheese, vegan sour cream, vegan ranch, vegan meat, and a vegan burger.
