Nice menu, some portions too big, not every course refined - Edit
This is the second time that we had the vegan menu, now the 4 course menu. The appetizers were wonderful. The first course was nice, tough maybe too much for a starter, and a quesadilla filled with couscous is maybe less refined. Then we had a nice sorbet with a mousse. The main course was a cauliflower steak, which tasted nice, but less refined. However , I was already quite filled and my plate contained a huge cauliflower portion (half a cauliflower). It was too much and too much of the same maybe, I couldn't finish it all. Desert was really nice.
Read moreThe coffee/ tea came with only non-vegan sweets, which is not okay (since 3 out of 4 at our table ate vegan!). Since our stomachs were so filled, we didn't bother to ask for vegan sweets.
Service is okay, but not 100% as we expect in this type of restaurant.
Price for the menu however is very okay, since drinks are included.
It's really loud when it's completely full. Also, it becomes warm and could have more ventilation, I became dazed after a while.

Margaretha’s is een klassiek restaurant met veganistische opties zowel in menu als voor/hoofdgerecht. Deze opties zijn geen ‘uitgebreide versie van de groenten uit de niet-veganistische gerechten op de kaart’ zoals vaak in klassieke restaurants, maar echt volwaardige vegan gerechten. Heerlijk bereiden en aandacht voor eiwitten. Ook de extra hapjes worden aangepast aan de vegans! Deze kok weet écht wat lekker veganistisch koken is 👍🏼

Great refined food - Edit
Great experience. Got the four course vegan menu which included two entries, a sorbet (best sorbet I had so far), a main dish and a dessert. Every dish was thought through and very tasty.
