De perfecte vegan croque

🌱 Croque vegan met groentespread, gegrilde courgette, paprika en tomaat (€19,50)

Ik was nog nooit bij MARCEL gaan eten, dit was absoluut een heerlijke eerste ervaring. Ik had verwacht een standaard croque te krijgen, maar de croque die geserveerd was, overtrof al mijn verwachtingen! De vegan geraspte kaas was zowel bovenop het brood als ook binnenin te vinden. De gebruikte hoeveelheid kaas was juist gepast: aanwezig, maar zeker en vast niet té! De croque was verrijkt met tomaat, courgette en paprika. HEERLIJK!

Perfect lunch

Had the best lunch in a long time. Went here with a friend who isn't vegan. I had the vegan toast and she had the toast with homemade egg salade and avocado.
It was sooo good.
You must go here when you're in sint-niklaas!
Be sure to make a reservation when you come around noon because it can be really busy at this time.

Pros: Vegan options, Friendly staff, Almondmilk

Cons: Little pricy

Breakfast: soy yoghurt with fresh fruit, homade granola and raspberry sauce. This was delicious. at Marcel in Sint-niklaas
