Beware - Edit
Mushroom gravy was served barely lukewarm, so not sure they’re serving much of it. Warning that their shared side of home fries has ham in it; wasn’t expecting that so missed it when ordering. Otherwise coffee and people were great.

Cons: Poor vegan options , Ham is standard in the home fries , Mushroom gravy had no sign of mushrooms

Good place for a mixed group. Vegans won’t starve. - Edit
This IS an option in Greenville. It’s not a great option or the best for a vegan, but I had to check it out and see. They have almond milk for coffee, a crispy potatoes dish that can have meat and cheese left off to be vegan. A salad you can do the same with. Hoping they, along with others, will evolve and add a few more thoughtful options. Their food for meat eaters is great, and have sone vegetarian options too, so if you want to take others there and are vegan you can go along.

Cons: Need more thoughtful options for vegans
