Great ramen. Authentic feeling - Edit

Great ramen. Good vegan option. Fast service. A very Japanese-style place. Sake tasting. But no reservations possible, dining on Saturday is practically impossible (twice we went to dine and were told to go away, too many people, no hope. At only 7 p.m.!) and there can be a long queue also at lunchtime in working days: the place it's a bit outside city centre, with very little alternatives around, you go there on purpose and their system is totally discouraging and disappointing!! Such a location is not in Tokyo or NY were you find many alternatives. It's so against customers, unless their intention is to apply this logic to create the hype (even more disappointing). If they just were scared of no-shows they could use a charging-system at reservations, as many other places do. Anyway, good miso and other Japanese products (including noodles and soup to do at home) at the shop corner.

Pros: Ramen is great and tasty, Fulfilling portions, Quick service

Cons: No reservation possible! , Long and very discouraging queue at times, Weird opening times, no logic

Delicious vegan ramen - Edit

An authentic Japanese experience and the best ramen in Luxembourg. The noodles are made fresh here in Luxembourg and the vegan option has a beautiful smokey melt in your mouth eggplant topping.
