Unique options, classy experience - Edit
I appreciate how clearly they label their menu for their multiple vegan options. The vegan options felt thoughtful and whole, not like they were just trying to squeeze vegan items on the menu. The food was quite delicious and unique! I definitely recommend the seemyan for an appetizer and the vegan mantu for a meal! Apparently they also have vegan Tuesday’s according to their website, but unfortunately I didn’t see that until later in the week. The prices seemed quite reasonable considering how artfully plated the food was and how classy the atmosphere felt. There was a deer head on the wall above the bar, which felt very out of place but I figured it was worth mentioning as a trigger warning.

I’ve taken friends & family here whenever they visit RVA. The staff is very service-oriented and will take the best care of you. I was nervous about the menu (as I always am with places that serve vegan and no vegan items) but the vegan items are CLEARLY marked, and there’s plenty to eat! The vegan dumpling is my favorite dish here!

Love Mantu! - Edit
Had my birthday dinner here and I loved it! They have a ton of vegan options. The entrees were fairly small but they were beautifully presented, delicious, and surprisingly filling. Great ambience inside and our server was SO sweet. The chef even came out and spoke to everyone individually that was dining on the Thursday night that we went. Amazing experience!
