Very cool mini market with vegan options - Edit
I was very impressed with how many vegan options they had at this market, including many frozen meal options and many different flavors of “Hippeas” which is a vegan bean chip brand that is my favorite. They have some vegan cheeses, a vegan mac and cheese which was very good. I’m very satisfied with this market for such a small town.

Cons: limited vegan cheese brands, all prices were raised on all vegan goods

Vegan groceries in Bishop! - Edit
I was happily surprised to see so many vegan items available in Bishop! Manor Market has a good selection of vegan cheeses, vegan mayo, vegan sour cream, soy/rice/nut milks, etc. They even have the new "beyond meat" burgers (fake meat is not my thing, but still fun to see it in Bishop.) It's a small store, so they don't have as much produce selection as the big chain stores, but they often have local produce, including fun stuff like local pine nuts. They are also supposedly carrying locally-made vegan/raw/gluten-free desserts (by Jennifer Michele McCoy), although I didn't see them last time I was there. They have a big selection of beer and wine, too.
Read moreFrom downtown Bishop, take Line Street west for a couple miles, and look on the left for the big chicken on the roof. (Left over from the 1980s when they sold fried chicken, that's thankfully gone.)
Pros: Great selection of vegan items., Local produce and other local products., Great beer and wine selection.
Cons: Limited produce selection.
