Great breakfast - Edit
Really good vegan and vegetarian cooked breakfasts. I've had a vegetarian quiche for lunch there as well which was delicious. Oat milk available for hot drinks. Lovely outside seating area, both open air and under cover.

A handful of vegan options, including soup, a hot mushroom sandwich and a chickpea 'tuna' mayo sandwich. Mindblowingly delicious.

What a lovely place! With beautiful and cosy indoor and outdoor sitting areas.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating and eventhough it was busy they did their best.
We had a vegan granola which was tasty and endulged the vegan Biscoff cake.

Welcoming staff, spacious space (a little bit chili inside), and amazing vegan (biscoff)cupcake. Both breakfast and lunch menus had a few vegan options.

We walked into almost all the cafes in Fishguard and this was the only one that had vegan cakes. We went for a biscoff cake and a chocolate cake- both were delicious. We didn’t eat a main but the food looked good and they had a few vegan options on the menu.

What a well presented and fantastic atmosphere. A brilliant spot to grab some lunch in Pembrokeshire. Offering a load of vegan options with indoor and outside sesting options. Me and my partner had a lovely lunch here.

We were so happy to find this place, following the recommendation from the lady running ‘Wholefoods and Healing’ (another great & unexpected source of vegan supplies!). She had encouraged this and a few other places to offer vegan options. Great little place for coffee and/or lunch. Liked the layout/decor, and nice outdoor area.

Lovely vegan pie, relaxed atmosphere - Edit
I went into this cafe for a relaxed coffee and was delighted to find that there was a lovely home made vegan mushroom pie in the display cabinet. Served with salad and crisps it was a welcome lunch. There were also some vegan cakes but I didn't sample them this time.
Read moreThe premises themselves are light and airy and modern with a spacious feel due to the high ceiling.
I even went back for a second time the next day to buy a vegan sandwich to take away together with some huge black grapes from the grocery section. I had hummus, avocado, vegan pesto and salad on my sandwich but they also had a vegan cheese panini on the menu.
Highly recommend this place.

We were stopping in Fishguard and looking for a place to have a coffee. Its really great finding an establishment like this that serves a wonderful vegan latte (soya or almond) and assortment of vegan options for a light meal

Great vegan option & value for money - Edit
Really lovely staff, two vegan chefs and a huge choice for vegans. We sampled the panini, the day’s special curry and the continental apple cake. Really tummies, they’re a green grocers too and engaged in decreasing the use of single use plastic in the community. Loved it.

We had the vegan panini and vegan curry! Both yummy:) The continental apple pie was relish too. The staff were super friendly and the cafe/shop interior was really tastefully done - bright, unassuming, modern! Highly recommend👍🏻
