I really like the vegan sausage roll. They have some good products on the shelf also. A few vegan options. It’s a nice hippy kinda place.

Good range of vegan options - Edit
Great range available, all pre-made and only available till sold out. Most of the salads are vegan and make up a fantastic salad box. Just wish they heated up their foods a little more when eating in, especially the wraps which are served cold (cold falafel is never good).

Mid morning coffee break - Edit
We stopped here for a coffee and was impressed with the array of vegan items available. Pretty much everything on offer was vegan apart from one fish dish and one or two vegetarian items. With so many vegan options infront of us in the hot food counter we decided it would be rude not to share a small Lentil Shepherds Pie which was tasty. There's a fab salad counter with beautiful colourful salads to choose from and again, most were vegan, just one salad that we could see had feta cheese in it.
Read moreThe coffee was great. Quick service, plenty of staff.
Would definitely go back for a proper lunch. Quite a few tables outside.
Returned in December and this time tried the Pumpkin and Caramelised Onion Pizza, oh wow, it was divine!

Always a must visit whenever in South Fremantle / Walyalup. I believe the vegan food outnumbers the non vegan food which is nice. There is even a ‘supermarket’ where you can grab things for a beach picnic.
Read moreThe only thing I dislike is the layout of the store. People always standing in front of the food so you can’t see what is available and if not, lots of people just pushing a head (Freo Karens).
Pros: Lots of vegan options / half the menu, Vegan options in the supermarket too, Tasty food!
Cons: Horrible layout , Disorderly getting in and out, Not a lot of seating

Manna from heaven - Edit
A plate of a main plus up to 3 salads set me back $15 when I visited. Really worth imo. I tried the Mac and "cheese", the rice tempeh salad, and the pumpkin quinoa salad. All were superb. I was told that the matcha latte powder was vegan too so that was a bonus.

Plenty of vegan options - Edit
Staff was very nice. I had a cauliflower bake dish but I taste a lot of nutritional yeast and the veggies were overcooked. I had a potato salad and unfortunately the potatoes tasted old. However the tiramisu and the green leaves salad was very nice.

Very good meals and scrumptious desserts - Edit
Four of us had lunch together at Manna, and we each ordered something different. I was pleased with my choices (several different salads filling a plate), and I sensed that everyone else enjoyed their meals, too. We purchased some groceries to take back to where we were staying, as well as some dessert treats. Those sweet goodies were especially delicious!

Lots of vegan dairy replacements - Edit
Very large range of vegan cheese, butter, yoghurt, mayonnaise and ice cream. Was only in there 5 minutes but they seem to have a bit of everything. Most vegan feta is sold out in Perth at the moment, they had plenty.

Dining-in food and juice bar stops at 4 but they prepare all the left-over-food and a few juices in containers ready for takeaway until 6pm.

Was happily surprised that they also have a store as well as the food option - as I went initially for the food but also had the chance to buy a couple of things which I needed.
Have rated the store separately on their store page.

Manna mia! - Edit
This place has been around for a while. I found it a useful place to pick up readymade meals, such as delish salads or pastries. They do have meat, however I have always had at least a couple of vegan options, and there are more vegetarian options as well. A bit expensive I found, but I don't mind paying a little more to get something more interesting.

Cons: Expensive, Could have more vegan options

Man oh Man its Manna - Edit
I just love this place, has a bohemian green vibe that Freo is known for. Here you can dine in or take away. The food is fresh and healthy, lots of salads available along with a variety of vegetarian dishes from lasagna, quiche, vegetarian patties, absolutley divine cakes and heavenly friands (choc orange my fave). You can also indulge in some Hare Krisna vege curry puffs or pasties. Here you can shop for whole foods, organic meat, fruit and veg, organic dairy products, and health products. I have only noticed one non veg product while i was there.......a tuna patty.
