Amazing! - Edit
The food is amazing and everyone working there was so nice! We had ordered our food and noticed the daily special was fettuccine alfredo and were talking about how bummed we were that we didn’t notice it before ordering. Well, we get home with our order only to find that they had overheard us and given us a free serving of it! We will absolutely be coming back not only for the delicious food but also for the upbeat and friendly vibe!

Love this place! Everything was incredible - their house-made mac and cheeze with mushroom bacon, house-made veggie burger with fried onions and garlic parm (hemp heart based) fries, cauliflower wings - everything was great. We also got their green tea cake to go, which was so fresh and delicious. The ladies working the counter and serving the food were incredibly nice as well. The only downside is that they are expensive - but it’s absolutely worth it as a treat! They also have their own bread, butters, kale chips, flours, and more for sale.

This is a hidden gem in a tiny strip mall near superH in Naperville. the food is fresh and clean and they make the best cashew cheese I've ever had. super friendly and helpful.

Unbelievably gooddd. I’m so happy to have a vegan restaurant nearby. Everything on the menu is amazinggg. They have really great specials. My boyfriend, who is an extremely picky meat eater (he will never even TRY any vegan food periodddd) even gave them a try and LOVED what he ordered (the fried “chicken” and hot “wings”)

Friendly but very slow - Edit
One really wants this vegan restaurant to succeed! It’s a nice space inside. We have been four times and the food is fresh and most dishes are tasty (avoid the Mac and Cheese, and the “hot dog” which was tasty but very small, not a full meal, in a plate piled full of waffle fries to disguise the skimpy entree). The schnitzel is great and the wrap and the curry and the crab cake. The thing that keeps us from going there regularly is very slow service e.g. 45 minutes. Sometimes the chef prepares items differently than what is on the menu without warning (probably because some items have run out) for a “hot dog” which was tasty but very small, the plate filled with waffle fries, hardly a meal. The service is slow whether they are busy or not. Until they can fix that, maybe try the take out option, perhaps those orders are prepared more quickly…

Manna kitchen has beautifully prepared, delicious vegan takes on old standards - crab cakes, poutine, schnitzel, burgers — as well as Asian fusion: Panang curry, BimBamBop are just a few. Servings are generous, so if you don’t have room for dessert take some with. (The cinnamon buns are killer!) Everything about this place is delightful, and totally worth going out of your way for— treat yourself!

Friendly service, cares about the customer experience as a whole, I ordered the BBQ Wings and the beyond burger and they both exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical at first with the mixed reviews but I had a great experience. Will be returning soon!

Friendly but it took over 45 minutes to get a burger; I was the first customer. No one apologized for the delay and no one said thank you for waiting. There is no competition in the area so they can get away with poor service.

Yes, Chicago is a vegan haven but Manna Kitchen is well worth the drive to the ‘burbs. The menu is vast and the flavors were wonderful.

Finally an option in the burbs! - Edit
The food was really good. I got the chikn, potato salad, and poutine. My husband (who is not vegan) got the Beyond Burger and the Mac and Cheese. The poutine came out cold and definitely not enough gravy. Once they reheated it it was delicious(still not enough gravy though!). The potato salad was really tasty and the chikn was so freaking good! But again not enough bbq sauce. I tried the Mac and Cheese and thought it was a little bland. Husband liked it and the burger both. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic family restaurant - Edit
This place is awesome. They don't have a catering menu, but we were having a family gathering and needed vegan option. Their deep fried chik-n is amazing. They worked with me and were able to make a tray for our party. Everyone loved it, even those that aren't vegan. We make an effort to eat here whenever we're in the area and are never disappointed.

Delicious and worth the visit - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. I had the crab cakes and the schnitzel. I loved to crab cakes and the schnitzel was yummy- so was the potatoes salad that came with the schnitzel. I would definitely return to try the other dishes.

We sat outside on a beautiful day and enjoyed everything we ordered! Our favorite was the burrito! They also had dessert, which we ordered to go because the meals were so filling. We will definitely tie in visits to Manna Kitchen whenever we go to the Morton Arboretum in the future!

Excellent food at a good price without a long wait! Went with four friends. I loved the seitan schnitzel with cranberry sauce. The poutine with the gravy and cashew cream was also exceptionally good, especially if you are craving something on the salty side. I like that you get satisfying sides with your meals, like waffle fries and potato salad. And the waffle fries have filling to them (they aren't over-fried scraps). We had the Mexican chocolate pudding and the black forest cake for dessert. The pudding had an excellent cinnamon and chocolate flavor without being too sugary. The whipped, jiggly consistency was on point.

i’ve been to nearly every vegan place in my area, but this one had been on my list for a while. I finally went today and got the panang curry and it is sooo good holy moly. the server (ryan i believe) was super kind as well. i’ll definitely be back :-)
