A health food vegetarian cafe run by a ministry of the Byron Bay SDA Church. Sources from local growers and has free Wi-Fi. Extensive menus. Reopened Oct 2017 after refurbishment. Also has clearly marked gluten free options. Reported fully vegan April 2024. Free vegan lunch from the church at 1pm on Saturdays. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-3:00pm, Sun 11:00am-3:00pm.

Delicious Vegan Eatery in Byron - Edit
Found this place while travelling on a road trip and we had an excellent time. We ate the Shepherd's Pie, the lasagna, the curry and two salads, two smoothies and they were all delicious. All whole foods and cooked with love and care! Will definitely be back.

Really cute, relaxed cafe with tables along a patio next to the gardens. Approx 6 hot options and 6 salad options to mix and match from, and a dessert cabinet too. The dishes were fresh, simple and healthy, I really liked the lasagne.

We stopped by Manna Haven to pick up some lunch for the beach. It's such a lovely place, laid-back and calm. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming!

I am not sure why it's marked as "vegetarian" here, as there was no indication that there were any animal products served at all, and the word "vegan" was all over the place.

There were multiple salads to choose from as well as hot dishes. The lasagna and veggie curry was delicious, and salads were great too. Also the staff were incredibly friendly and really nice place to sit. Huge portion for what you pay.

Could get a 2 option plate for $14 or 3 options for 17. There were 5 or 6 salad options and roughly the same for mains. We had a selection of salads, lasagne, Shepard a pie, filos (amazing). Also many dessert options, snickers bar was fantastic.

At Manna Haven all their meals are based on fresh produce and seasonality which means that they have a set menu, but I think all the options would be great to try as they are nutritious, fresh and yummy. From the outside this quaint cafe didn't scream anything particularly spectacular however let me assure you the flavours in every single dish we tried were exquisite and I was heartbroken the next day when it was closed for the weekend. This is a must try above any of the social media famous cafes but get in early before stock diminishes.

Amazing food. All vegan, healthy & hearty. I tried little bits of everything and it was all delicious. I never leave reviews but i had to for this place. Honestly the best cafe ever. Staff are all lovely too. Every time I'm in Byron, I have to come.
