Tasty, beautiful venue - Edit
Tricky to park at, but a deceptively large space inside. Contains several dining establishments- sausage something, and the mangrove hotel. We ate at the hotel, less flash but great food and great outdoor venue.

The restaurant itself is large and do not take bookings, lots of beautiful outdoor area. I visited August 2022 and there were two dishes plus a salad that were vegan. One dish was a starter or share plate the other was pasta with cannelloni beans, cashew cream and kale - I got that and it was pretty good😄

Food with a view in a chic venue - Edit
Absolutely love the Mangroves for its beautiful view over the mangroves and the ocean. Must-go-to spot to watch the staircase of the moon, be early to secure a good spot as they don't do reservations for it.
Read moreAlways a good opportunity to dress nicely and enjoy beautiful food even though they do not have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. My absolute fav is the Cauliflower buffalo wings with homemade cashew cream cheese and green tahini dipp and spicy sauce and fresh chillies (vegan). The other vegan dish they have is Lomo Saltado with oyster mushrooms which is definitely not to everyone's liking as it is super salty.
Vegetarian options are chips or sweet potatoe wedges, filled jalapeno poppers and pizza.
Cocktails are really enjoyable as well.
There are mosquitos and sandflies and they provide spray for it.
Prices are definitely high in this venue.

Great place for diner and drinks - Edit
We had a nice evening eating diner at the Mangrove while out in BROOME. The few vegan options were very good. We shared two appetizers and had two different mains and everything was very tasteful.
