Sophisticated food near to Khaosan road - Edit
Ate here 2 times, the first one for dinner ordered the dhal and falafel mango style curry and trust me, the deliciousness of those dishes won't disappoint you. Amazing taste and flavour on a very complete dish. Be sure to come with your stomach empty because the quantity of food is notorious.
Read moreCame the next day for a brunch and the salty option was also delicious. I have to say that the sweet one (pancakes with fruit and ice cream) had not the same level as the other dish. So for my part, better order salty dishes and leave the sweet ones for another place.
Also to say a con, the service at lunch time was a little bit slower than for dinner.
Pros: Delicious food
Cons: A little bit expensive, Service is too slow

High recomended - Edit
This establishment became one of our favorites during our stay in Bangkok due to its location, quality, treatment and variety of dishes. The portions are very generous, appropriate to the price, so little by little we were adjusting the orders, because the first few times we left the restaurant rolling like a ball. We tried dishes like Pad Thai, Rice with nuggets, Stir fried quinoa with mixed vegetables, various salads, Mango shake, Brown rice with mixed vegetables... and all of them very tasty. The atmosphere is very nice because of the staff and because it is full of cats. When we return to Bangkok we will definitely repeat.

Flavor Festival! - Edit
Today is my first full day in Bangkok. Having only eaten Pad Thai and Tom Kha in my life I had no further experience with Thai cuisine. So I decided to order Pad Thai and my girlfriend ordered Som Tum. Additionally I was craving for a fresh smoothie on a very hot and damp day, so we both ordered a Kombucha Mocktail and a Green Smoothie with avocado, kiwi, apple and more.
Read moreNow I must say that having walked by a lot of (Street) food vendors and restaurants I did not expect to receive such a beautiful plate. And apparently It was not just the layout but also the flavors that were magnificent. Reading the review before me I was sad to see that they could not have the same experience as I am having now. Gingko Nuts, Water Chestnut.. All new flavors to me and they were amazingly good. Big slices of Lotus Flower, zucchini, celery, carrot, tofu, tempeh and a deliciously sauced noodle. It was a bit tricky to pull the noodles apart as they were quite sticky, but that was just a nuisance.
Sadly my girlfriend's Som Tum (green papaya salad) was really spicy and she could not eat it, so lucky me decided to swap plates halfway through and so I got to taste the salad as well. It was full of delicious flavors too.
The smoothie was also really nice but very full-on. It could have also served as a dessert considering I had no need to eat more after that. It was funny to see you got a tiny soup spoon with it as you had to scoop the smoothie out. It wasn't very liquid. More slushy-like. But very yummy.
The kombucha mojito mock tail was very good. It wasn't kombucha, but made like a kombucha drink apparently. Lots of ice, lemon and mint. Good stuff.
It's a nice place to sit too with two very adorable cats. I never saw them walk in the kitchen, but even if they would I saw the staff continuously being aware of where they were so I think they wouldn't stay there for long.
All by all, we were very happy with our dinner and the staff was friendly, the food was served quickly but not too quick. Perhaps there's only 1 con: they had a Ed Sheeran acoustic guitar cover playlist on and after a while I got a bit cringy. But hey, that's musical flavor!😄
Pros: Flavorful vegetables and fruit, Beautifully plated, Great price/quality for indoor dining
Cons: Salad on menu not announced as spicy

Terrible Experience - Edit
I came to Mango with 2 friends and we each ordered a curry from the menu. The curry was described as having both tempeh, tofu and pineapple included in it. When we were given our dishes we noticed none of our curries included any tempeh, tofu or pineapple. It was just vegetables and sauce. We asked the waiter who said they had run out of these ingredients. As can be imagined we were very disappointed as it was an expensive curry and these were the main ingredients. When given our bill we asked if we could not pay for the rice, which was 40 baht extra, seeing as our curries did not include the ingredients stated. We were then shouted at, the boss threatened to call the police and said the deductions would have to come out of the waiters wages. Naturally we were shocked and so paid full price as we were in disbelief of being threatened in this way. Prior to this we had been very apologetic about our requests as we have all worked in customer service and so normally we do not like to complain. To make matters worse, the curries were relatively bland in comparison to the other Thai curries we have eaten, and the portions were small. Would never come here again.

Amazing vegan Thai options, such a nice restaurant to relax and sit in, some of the noodle dishes were lacking a bit of flavour and felt a bit dry but the gyoza and fried rice were amazing. A little bit pricier than street food but still very cheap

Was pretty desperate and hunting for a place on Day 1. Mango was the perfect place to find. The portion sizes are big which is GREAT for me. I am a big eater. And the contents of the portions is lots of different veggies and nuts etc. it’s just a great place to eat.

Good drinks and food - Edit
I just had breakfast an hour ago when I arrived but I saw a girl with a fruit plate sitting next to her so I copied that. Came wonderfully served and with a great selection. I also had a passion fruit drink which was very fresh and juicy. Hopefully I can come here again for a main.

Omg, wow 🤩 Foodie heaven - Edit
This place is vegan heaven!!! Not only is the food amazing, but it is truly an experience. People in the restaurant were all silent from being so fixated on their food. The presentation of the dishes are 10/10. You can feel a lot of love has been put into the creation of the dishes and the overall flavours and textures throughout the dish.
Read moreEvery dish contains a medley of vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds and feels truly nourishing.
I ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice for 130 baht and the homemade pomegranate kombucha for 85 baht. With every bite of the dish, each vegetable was placed in a way that you would keep discovering something new throughout the whole meal. The pineapple pieces were the best I’ve ever had.
The pomegranate kombucha was incredible. We will be back here everyday to try something new from this amazing menu, I will update below!
The atmosphere is humble and has shared tables. There is also a cute cat which was asleep on a staff chair!
Update: Added photos of dinner: Mexican Salad Bowl and Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry with Tempeh. The Pineapple Fried Rice still a winning dish 😊
Yes. We came here again 😂 Updated photos of the coconut milk iced latte (10/10 amazing), the mushroom pulled pork burger and the samosas. All amazing. But get the pineapple fried rice 😂
