Les soupes sont particulièrement délicieuses, je vais revenir pour elles. Les soupes (pho et citronelle épicée) étaient véganes et il est possible de demander que les banh mi soient véganes eux aussi

Le pad thai manquait un peu de saveur, par contre les dumplings étaient délicieux et le tofu general tao aussi.

On y est toujours bien accueilli, l’ambiance est invitante et la salle à manger est remplie de belles plantes. La nourriture est excellente, et les imitations de viande bluffantes.

Their bun bo hue is the best I’ve had since I was in Vietnam in 2017, and it rivaled the ones I’ve been dreaming of ever since. The place is super cute, no-frills, and laid-back with a wonderful staff. About 80% of the menu is vegan, the only thing that can’t be made vegan are dishes that use egg noodles. The freezer of food made by Buddhist monks is so cool to look through and I wanted to bring home a million things. I will definitely be back!!

So tasteful! So good! I recommend it wholeheartedly. So far I’ve tried the bánh mì végé boeuf, the bánh mi végé poulet and the bánh mì tofu au cari and they were all excellent, but my fave stays the tofu cari!! You can ask for the regular or vegan mayo. Also had a bite of bánh bao (good), spring rolls (good as well) and wonton soup (very good). I also tried some goods in the frozen section which the lady warmed up for me to eat right away : a coconut bánh it (with riz gluant) and a mushroom and carrot bánh it, which were delicious. Now, whenever I go there I eat the coconut bánh it because it is just SO GOOD I could cry 🫨 I also tried the carrot cake (in the frozen section) which was really good aswell. It’s also not super expensive (but the main dishes that I haven’t tried yet are more on the expensive side though).

Très bon au goût et l'ambiance authentique est super! Le tofu était croquant et la sauce très bonne. On a aussi essayé le nouveau plat de végé porc et végé canard bbq, tout aussi savoureux que les autres plats. On adore les rouleaux impériaux.

Tasty banh mis and soups, the lemongrass is my favorite. That mock beef they put in their soups is sooo delicious.

Mangala is a delicious vietnamese vegetarian restaurant. They have an exhaustive menu with pho, banh mi, pad thai, tofu, etc. The prices are really cheap. The staff is super friendly. Almost everything can me made vegan, you just need to ask and they will tell you what can be vegan. They also have a small store where you can buy frozen products to bring back home. I had the lemongrass soup which was really good.
