Special Veganuary Menu - Edit
While this bar normally has a few clearly labeled vegan options on their regular/standard menu, for the month of January they are observing "Veganuary" and have created an entirely brand new, specialized vegan menu. I took the Deuce double-decker bus from my hotel further down the strip to get here. I got kind of lost in the hotel/casino and wanered around a bit before finding this place, but it's so, so worth it! Loved supporting them and their Veganuary menu. I may even be back later this week to taste more of this menu... it's that good! #Veganuary

Good but expensive - Edit
The food is good and in reasonable sized portions. For what you get, the cost seems high. However like most places in Vegas the price seems about 20-25% higher than you would expect. Overall the food is good around 3 1/2 stars. The higher than you would expect price drops 1/2 a star off of my rating.

2 vegan options! - Edit
There were 2 vegan options for dinner. I had the cauliflower paella beans on the side without the cheese. The food is very fresh & tasty!

Yummy! - Edit
After a rough day and long flight, this place was a pleasant surprise. They had a couple vegetarian/vegan options (or that could be made vegan) and the waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about these options. I had some kind of cauliflower mini tacos, which were delicious! I would definitely go back here.

The fact that Border Grill has these delicious Plant Based Vegan options is unbelievable! The food was spectacular and we all loved it. Wish Happy Cow would let me give it a 5!

Crabless Crabcakes - Edit
A couple of nights ago I had the crabless crab cakes made with hearts of palm and they were fantastic. Even though it was the only vegan dish on the menu I still give them 4 stars, because it's been difficult finding vegan choices in Las Vegas in general (except for salad and french fries) along the strip. Their skinny margaritas were quite tasty as well.

Ok - Edit
The food at Border Grill is delicious and flavorful. I also really enjoyed both their alcoholic and non alcoholic drink selection.
Read moreHowever, for a vegan the menu is very limited. I got the mushroom mulitas veganized. Luckily the waiter knew what vegan was and was able to veganize the dish without much instruction. I'm not sure what else a vegan would be able to get.
Pros: Staff is knowledgeable, Flavorful food, Great drink menu
Cons: Very limited options

Creative and diverse vegetarian menu - Edit
Most Mexican restaurants have the same old, generic vegetarian options. This place is different. They have clearly put thought into new and different ways to make Mexican food vegetarian. We had the potato rajas tacos and the avocado and quinoa taco, both of which were excellent.
Read moreThe place is huge, which gives it a little bit of a corporate feel. But, what do you expect from a restaurant in a casino. The outdoor patio is very nice.
Pros: Interesting menu, Outdoor seating
Cons: Impersonal
