Best vegan food in Fiji!

I had an amazing vegan feast at Mana Coffee! The owner grew up vegan and is very keen to offer more vegan dishes on the menu. We called in advance and she gave us a big vegan menu and then cooked us an incredible feast, including a moussaka with coconut milk instead of dairy. Wish I had time in Fiji to go back.
