Pina colada medium, more than enough, glad I didn't get large. Really miss a good Pina colada.
Only finished half of everything.
I think pricing is reasonable, the three enchiladas, rice either white or red, refried beans was $9.95. It was a flavorful birria.
I guess you either like it or hate it based on reviews. My vote is I'll be coming back to try more items and the various vegan near options.

My new favorite mexican restaurant - Edit
Holy schmoley this place is *ridiculously* good--maybe better than the also-amazing El Cocinero. Probably 40 vegan menu items. Pina Colada: so sweet and creamy and delicious, 10/10. Al pastor taco: bursting with flavor, 10/10. Al pastor sope: oh my gosh the dough is delicious, like a savory funnel cake, 10/10. The refried beans are the creamiest I've ever had, 10/10. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the mole sauce, which was like 80% sweet 20% savory, and that's a bit too sweet for my taste. But everything was just so amazing--I can't wait to be hungry again and eating there again asap. Thank you!

We had tacos, chile relleno and chicken fajitas. Everything OK. I didn't like the buffalo cauliflower taco very much. The chile relleno was the best part. Also liked the little tortillas with the fajitas. All good sized portions.

We descended upon our feast like vegan wolves! - Edit
Mamicon's is amazing! We purchased a feast for 8 famished family members and we were all overjoyed! All the sauces were unique from each other and delicious AF. I cannot begin to describe how overwhelmed I was to finally try carne asada, al pastor, and chicken enchiladas after over 30 years not eating meat, and my family assured me Mamicon's are far tastier than the animal product equivalents. We devoured: verde enchiladas with chicken, red enchiladas with cheese, chicken mole enchiladas, carne asada burrito, wet, with red sauce, carne asada burrito, wet, with green sauce, bean, cheese, jalapeno, and jackfruit pupusas, and al pastor fries. I can't recommend anything over the others because everything was truly exceptional. And did I mention, the portions were hefty, and the prices quite reasonable. Sorry about the pictures. We were already in mid feast before I remembered to take them.

I’ve been to this spot a few times exploring the menu and the place is definitely growing on me. The menu is extensive but my go-to recommendations is definitely the enchiladas and tacos. The red sauce for enchiladas is really flavorful and savory! Definitely give this spot a visit and make sure to order an agua fresca to wash it all down.

Great Latin/Hispanic Food in the Valley - Edit
I love this place so much. I tried them out for the first time shortly after they went completely vegan, and honestly the food was decent but a bit too salty for my taste. I couldn't not give them another chance though because I spend so much time in the valley for school. I went back and that first time was definitely a fluke because it was AMAZING. I always go in for their taco salads, and they do NOT disappoint. A friend non-veg of mine that also often visits is a bit more willing to have different experiences than me and has tried more off their menu like their chili relleno, burritos, fajitas, etc and I always find myself snagging a bite because it's so good! If you visit I'd recommend the chili relleno or the taco salad because they are my favorites.

Best vegan pupusas - Edit
I haven’t been to Mamicon’s for a long time but the establishment is now fully vegan! I always get their pupusas and this time tried the vegan cheese and jackfruit pupusa and the vegan revuelta pupusa. They serve chips and homemade salsa while waiting, which were flavorful and not overly salted. The cheese and fillings in the pupusas were balanced while not being dry. Customer service was also a bonus!

Read moreService was great. Such a nice guy taking orders. I ordered 2 vegan tacos, 1 carne asada and 1 chorizo. Honestly, they were very good. Flavor nice on both. Added some very hot sauce. Wow.. they know what very hot means. They have so many other vegan options that I now hope to try.
Update: They went 100% vegan!!! Three color enchiladas were great.

I work for HappyCow so I was going to present them with a window decal but they already had one.
I would say the only drawback is that they have an extreme amount of photos of menu items posted by the counter where you order. Probably taking up about 10 feet. It is quite difficult to order from this. I would recommend they take all of that down and print paper menus (laminiated for in-restaurant & to go) or perhaps online ordering only.
Located in a small strip mall with plenty of parking. Worth a visit!!

These guys have an extensive menu from choices of dishes to choices of protein. We got the enchiladas and tacos with Mexican rice and refried beans. They make everything there except for the cheese which comes from Follow Your Heart. There's a parking lot in front, ada accessible, the staff are super friendly, and the place was clean. Best of all, it's 100% vegan!

I had ordered from Mamicons a few years ago and thought it was okay, but I didn't run back there. I noticed they had gone all vegan and wanted to give them another try. I am so glad I did. The food was outstanding, a good value with lots of daily specials and the staff was friendly.

I came by on Taco Tuesday! Tacos are $1.25 each so I tried a bunch. I’m not sure if they ran out of some of them and substituted some things for others but I ordered all different tacos but got 2 of the same kind. No matter really they were all pretty good. Some were clearly better than others. I couldn’t keep them straight though.

I picked up 4 different tacos on Taco Tuesday and they were all pretty tasty! And can’t beat the price - less than $6 for all 4 tacos! Can’t wait to go back and try more off their extensive vegan menu.

Going into the place I was overwhelmed by their menu display. I ordered a few tacos and Papusa. There wasn't any flavor in anything I ate, the hot sauce was sweet and hot, and the dip I had with the Papusa seemed like something random on the plate. It's too bad because the location and the place has a lot of potential. They need to fix their display and focus on making a few really good things then have a large menu of Mediocre things.

I love that there are many vegan options. First time I came, I thought it tasted kind of bland and the mole sauce was hecka sweet for me! I came back for Taco Tuesday and their tacos are so good! And only $1 each on Tuesdays. The service is slow but I can understand why. Forgot to take a pic bc I was so hungry :p
