Read moreI ordered the chicken parm and vodka rigatoni duet, as well as, the Marcelo calzone. My mother bought me a cannoli to try.
The duet was very ordinary, but satisfying. The calzone had a bit more flavor but we really wished they used the vegan ricotta cheese instead of the mozzarella style.
I was grateful for the treat but so disappointed in the underbaked, eleven dollar single cannoli. Very curious if this is anyone else’s experience.
I plan on returning for a taste of the lasagna! And hopefully a more rewarding dessert.

I have been coming to Mama's for over 10 years now and it still remains one of my favorites. I love the variety of appetizers, pastas, pizzas, calzones, and entrees. Vegan wines are even labeled on the cocktail menu. They also make vegan desserts and carry some desserts from Vegan Treats in PA.
Read moreWith the good also comes the bad. Mama's is pricey; be prepared to spend $100 for two people without appetizers, alcohol or dessert. The service can be a little slow on Friday, Saturday nights or other times when they are busy. We try to go when there is no live entertainment on the cafe side because we prefer hearing Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra over what sounds like open mic night.
With all that being said, it still stands as one of my absolute favorite places and I will definitely keep it towards the top of my restaurant rotation

Nice place. I’ve been here a few times. Indoor and outdoor dining available. I love the fact that they have a multi-page fully dedicated 100% vegan menu. Many options to choose from. I had their 10” chick’n parm sandwich. Good serving size. Good flavor. They give you a little cup of extra marinara sauce to pour over your sandwich if you choose. I’ve enjoyed my meals here. One negative is that they are on the pricier side.

This has been my family's go to place whenever we got together since it has something for everyone, vegans and non-vegans. They have an extensive vegan menu. According to the owner, they have a separate cooking area for their vegan items. The food is good, a little pricey though. Friendly staff and the owner is always around to make sure you are enjoying your meal. They normally bring out a samples while you are waiting for your food along with vegan rolls.

Mama’s has an extensive vegan menu and they are very accommodating! You can order just about anything. Unfortunately, they raise their prices frequently and orders do get messed up. I ordered vegan lasagna and I bit into it and it was chicken. It made me sick and this happened a few times with my order not being vegan. Lately the vegan cannolis are not filled and they seem to be skimping on quality. It’s worth a try because the options are great otherwise.

Mama's is a great spot for eating with veg and non-veg guests. I find it is a little hit or miss. Some pastas have been AMAZING, some have been just okay, and I once got a pizza that was truly incredible. Very weird. But the atmosphere is fun and they have an enormous menu. Really glad they are making such an effort to be vegan friendly :)

The menu had all the favorite traditional Italian dishes fully veganized. Everything was delicious and the portions were family style, so definitely generous. It felt great having as many choices as there were. I found out that this restaurant caters to many eating lifestyles including gluten free and keto. One woman was even able to get her meal with reduced sodium. I will definitely go back!

Because it’s not fully vegan the app only lets me give it 4 stars. But it should get 500. There are so many options for vegans and vegetarians. Each have their own complete menu. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Vegans get a special marker for the table so that the wrong food isn’t brought out. They use separate fryers for anything vegan. Not to mention the food is amazing. The vegan mozzarella sticks are one of my favorite. If I tried to add pictures it would be an entire album.

Coming here - you feel like every dish they have they also have in a vegan version. It really feels like they go out of their way to accommodate vegans. A great amount of options. When you also come in, they ask if you need a vegan menu and put a sign on your table that says you’re vegan so your servers always know!

My sister threw my baby shower here! They have a large vegan and gluten free menu and offer 2 great event rooms for large and small parties, they even have a patio. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. They have delicious Italian food, flatbread, pizza, pasta and desserts. Very accommodating and friendly staff.

I ordered a vegan pizza with vegan vodka sauce as well as a gluten free vegan pizza. Their menu offers so many vegan Italian foods that are really hard to come by! Vegan mozzarella sticks, vegan meatball parm sandwiches, lasagna, Alfredo etc. My only complaint is that I believe they use Daiya Vegan Cheese which came out a bit rubbery on the pizza.

My husband said that this place had the best vegan food that’s he’s had so far and he’s such a picky eater that means a lot. Thank you for making our 17th anniversary so special.

This restaurant deserves five stars for vegan food. It was an amazing experience to have vegan meatballs and sausage and pasta. They do vegan right. They deserve five stars and their customer service is outstanding. It was at least a 30 minute drive but it was totally worth it and you must give it a try.

I got the Vegan Polpette as an app, vegan meatballs on a red sauce with some creamy cheese sprinkled with herbs and I really enjoyed it! I think it comes with bread which was fresh and a larga piece too. Combo dinner of A thinly sliced breaded and baked eggplant dish topped with roasted veggies. Penne pasta with a creamy vodka champagne vin. sauce. Great dishes. Got the fried zeppoles for dessert and came with I think chocolate syrup for dipping. All good portions. Very hospitable lady on the phone and behind the counter, Sherry was her name. Thinking of going back another round while I’m not local. Highly recommend.

This Italian restaurant has a legitimate separate vegan-only menu with almost any traditional Italian dish you can think of from spaghetti and “meatballs” to pizzas and heros. They even put a little vegan sign on the table to notify the wait staff. Homemade complimentary bread was fresh, and they also gave us a complimentary sample of a risotto dish. My only regret is that I was too full for dessert - they have a decent dessert menu, including items from Bethlehem, PA’s famous Vegan Treats.

I would give a 5 star if I could but app only allows 4 for not fully vegan restaurants. This place is amazing and by far our favorite restaurant! The ambiance is great, they offer variety of indoor seating and outdoor seating. They have a menu for everyone it is so awesome ! They offer menus for non vegan, vegan, gluten free , dairy free, so you can please anyone. The chef/ owner came to our table every time we were there for dinner which was a great personal touch. He explained to us their huge kitchen renovation to accommodate for the dietary restrictions and to prevent any chance of cross contamination. Another measure they incorporate is giving each individual a place card with their dietary preference as a doh low check for the waiters. Lastly the food is AMAZING ! I grew up in an Italian restaurant and great Italian vegan food is hard to come by but this place is a game changer ! Highly recommend.

Been many times over past 11 years they have a complete full menu just vegan of 90% of there other menus. Always great service and put nameplate stating vegan(or gluten free(menu just of that too)) so all servers stick to that information. Will give samples and ensure vegan. Friendly and long time in business had lots of great family gatherings there too. Top notch
