Very vegan friendly… - Edit
Great vegan options for pasta dishes, salads and wraps. I’ve gotten the spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino and the spaghetti eggplant arrabiata (my favorite) which are both satisfying.

Mama Says Eat Your Veggies 👍 - Edit
We always pass by this spot but never stop on! What a surprise! The wrap was so healthy and full of veggies with an amazing vinaigrette glaze. The spaghetti was pretty good too! Kind of surprised they offered it here- but hey, not bad!

Neighborhood underdog kit - Edit
Sandwiched by empty storefronts in a failing strip mall, this place was on my radar to try for months (“vegan options” boasted the signage) but I’d be consistently distracted with the nearby lazy option (Whole Foods) or the self-hate option (veggie grill).
Read moreOne day I committed to going in to check it out, and was thankfully l I did so. This is a Japanese-Italian restaurant, which is its own sub-cuisine. I opted for the OG Mama wrap, which is basically ALL THE VEG with some quinoa jammed in a wrap the size of a beach towel, with your choice of dressing (many are vegan.) The resulting monstrosity was the size of a small child, easily enough for 2 normal people or one very hungry me. Despite it not having a “dedicated protein” like tofu, it was plenty satisfying and tasted very clean.
Service in repeated visits has been good, and the wraps have been consistent. I’ll be trying the pasta sometime soon, but I keep defaulting to the wraps when I go there.
They have plenty of specifically vegan items on the menu, so even if you’re not into wraps, it’s worth checking out.
Pros: Many specifically vegan options, Food is very fresh, and veg-forward

Great Choices - Edit
Really enjoyed the lunch special that was a pasta primavera. Nice tomato sauce with garlic. We also had the spaghetti with vegetables and garlic sauce. It was good, but the special was better. We also enjoyed the carrot garlic bread, I wish they would broil it for a few minutes. The omnivorous in our group enjoyed their lunch as well. We also had a brownie, not bad but dry.

Very Good - Edit
Saw this on happycow and stopped by since it's on our way. My husband and I shared a spaghetti with mixed vegetables and a big salad. Food was fresh and tasty. It's little simple place.

Decent - Edit
The spaghetti eggplant dish was good but the carrot garlic toast was interesting. It’s not something I’ll get again but it was decent. The customer service was good.
