Great comfort food! - Edit
Korean cuisine is the best cuisine in my opinion, and I'm super happy to find a place that offers that! 🇰🇷 Although some of the food does taste a liiittle bit whitewashed, it's all still really great and such good comfort food 💕
Read moreMost of the food listed as spicy, wasn't spicy at all. Except maybe if you get the tteokbokki at spicy level 3, we had it at 2 and my boyfriend thought it was a little bit spicy 🔥
The cauliflower bowl is super good, it's very simple but that's alright! 🍚 The "spicy" gochujang sauce goes well with it, even tho it's way less spicy than regular gochujang 🌶️
We also tried japchae 🍠 However, it wasn't very good. There was no flavor, aside from the veggies. I wonder if something went wrong in the kitchen, cause I don't think it's supposed to taste this bland...
Options are clearly marked vegan, and there is plenty to choose from 🌱 The staff is super friendly 💖 and the place has a nice cozy vibe. However, it is a little crowded and without reservation I think there is very little chance of getting a table.

It's a small dining room, but that adds to the coziness of it. Lots of clearly marked options. The portions were larger than expected, which is always a wonderful surprise.

I keep returning to Mama bowls because the food is just so yummy. I like the fried tofu best, but everything I've tried so far was really good.

I went with my vegan friends (it was us 4) and we were able to order so many different dishes, the staff is so friendly, the staff knows what vegan is, the restaurant is clean, the food is so delicious!!
