Maltby Market - Edit
Just as everyone said, this is a very cute little market. It’s refreshing to visit to this one over Borough Market because it’s less crowded. Nevertheless, this market does get very busy and it is a narrow walkway, so it can be hard to navigate. Many of the vendors offer vegan options, including those not listed on HappyCow. You really have to come here for the vegan bakery though!

I had food from the Ethiopian stand which was tasty. There's also a vegan bakery with some great cakes

Cute market - Edit
Cute little food market. You can find a large choice of cuisine (Sri Lanka, Vietnamese, Venezuelan...).
Read moreThere is also a woman who sells vegan cakes (they all look super yummy, we took the Twix, lemon & poppy seed, Oreo brownie).
The tables that are available in the market are from a wine bar so you can order food wherever you want and sit at one of the table and order wine or a soft (I had Aranciata from San Pellegrino, a sparkling orange juice).
You can easily find vegan options, almost at each stall.
It's pretty expensive to be honest, but it's really cool to try some food you're not used to!

Nice market - Edit
Gets super busy and is super narrow but really good atmosphere to be honest and feels a bit less touristy. When I went there were lots of flags up which was really nice. I’m not sure how I would feel about going now with COVID though. There was a vegan bakery stall and a few vegan options dotted around various stalls.

La Pepia brought the heat on a cold winters day! - Edit
Maltby Street Market always has an excellent variety of delicious food! It’s a great place to go with friends with differing tastes and dietary requirements.
Read moreI got the plantain and bean arepa from La Pepia, and it was amazing. I completely forgot I was freezing and sheltering from the rain while eating it, I was so lost in the flavour. The staff were lovely and cheery, I’ll definitely be back for more!
