Goede vegetarische opties - Edit

Sfeervol bistro-stijl-restaurant. Kleine kaart en toch bij voor- en hoofdgerechten een goed vegetarisch gerecht. Was erg lekker.

Group menu advertised vegan options, but doesn't mention they lack vegan desserts - Edit

Seems to miss the goal: offered vegan starter main in the "Menu Paris" for parties of 8 , but the dessert is not vegan and this is not indicated.

Won't return agian - Edit

They have like 5 vegetarian dishes, but non of them vegan, so I chose 2 starters to create a main dish.

Starter:
french onion soup - was alright, but not special.

Main:
couscous - very disappointing, didn't like it at all.
humus wrap - wrap was ok, but the dressing was horrible.

The staff was realy nice and helpful, but I will not return here due to the food.

Pros: staff, ambiance

Were happy to cater for a vegan - Edit

Had a really nice diner here. It's a nice cafe like restaurant with meat and fish dishes, they only have some vegetarian options on the menu but I went in and asked for the vegan options because some of the vegetarian options looked (almost) vegan. They made a entrée and a main vegan at my request and even discussed the options with me.

Entrée: couscous salad with vegetables and raisins. Very yummy.

Main: Tortilla pizza with grilled (or baked?) vegetables and walnuts with some baked potatoes(see picture). Really good.

Vegan options in Leiden are sparse, would therefore definitely return here!

Pros: Good value, Friendly staff, Good beers

Cons: Few options for vegans
